Gorgeous Ceremony and Reception wedding day at Crestmont Hall in Calgary, Alberta

Bonjour, everyone!

I am so thrilled to announce mr. and mrs. Nick and Rondelle Sadowy’s marriage. These two have known each other for several years now and it was such a joy to listen to their and also their friends’ absolutely hilarious wedding speeches.  Their wedding vows were so funny that people were laughing as they shed tears of joy. The best man’s speech was probably the funniest I had ever heard-probably also the most daring!

The wedding was truly magnificent!  The couple got ready in separate locations and my assistant and I attended to each location for their getting-ready portraits.  I absolutely love the home Rondelle was getting ready in-set close to downtown with a very light and airy open-concept feel.  It looked like a home from a magazine. We had a bit of rain on and off and took in to some creative photos throughout the day-I have to say their wedding party really helped us create a fun vibe too!

The ceremony and reception that followed both took place at Crestmont Hall.  It was such a great idea because of the really cute spray park that made for some really creative and unique portraits.  We also opted to take a few photos at sunset which I have to say were breathtaking. I absolutely love our prairie sunsets and it was quite a spectacular sky July 20th.

Lastly, I just have to say how awesome it was that accidentally Angela (the incredibly talented videographer) and I sat down at a table of very cool Polish people, only to find out that each of us were Polish too.  This day just couldn’t get better for everyone!

A big thank you goes out to these awesome companies that helped make Rondelle and Nick’s day so special.

“May your trouble be little, and your little ones be trouble,” says Rondelle’s mom.  I can’t wait to see how beautiful their little ones will be.

Wish you could have been there, too, blog readers! At least you can live through the pictures!  https://www.joannajensenphotography.com/p917189341
